RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 3-day return policy. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at orders@riseqatar.com.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help you.

Once a refund is approved it takes up to 5 business days to process.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، وغير ملبوس، وبحالته الأصلية، وداخل تغليفه الأصلي.
